Fashion Revolution

Fashion Revolution is a worldwide organization that started in London back in 2013 following the Rana Plaza disaster. This fashion activism movement works to achieve its goals in the fashion industry through cultural, industry, and policy change. The aim of the Fashion Revolution is to end human and environmental exploitation, create better working conditions, and living wages, redistribute power, strengthen the labor movement, conservation of resources, transparency and accountability, and much more.

Fashion Revolution has been working with global fashion brands to fight for these aims. Fashion Revolution has groups around the world where you can join local events, and find news and teams in your country. They utilize art in their activism from posters when protesting to engaging with textiles in arts for mending, they collaborate with artists to reform powerful narratives.
